Robotics: Team Atlas
Captained and mentored a group of 12 students' team to participate in the First Tech Challenge, MakeX Challenger and VJTI Technovanza. Our team placed 3rd nationally in FTC, semi-finalist’s in Technovanza and 2nd in MakeX.
A team that I founded and built to participate in all high school robotics competitions. Allowed me to develop my leadership and organization skills - working to fundraise, organize logistics and planning, robot concept and full-stack engineering.
Key skills and tasks:
Raised over $5,000 to independently fund and operate the team
Implemented designs in Fusion 360 using GoBilda STEP Files
Recruited and managed team members, ensuring appropriate role delegation and management
Created a detailed engineering portfolio
For robo sumo, worked to build a bot from scratch using titanium and high torque motors
For MakeX National challenger, reaching the national round in our rookie season
